Do you sell covers for 'X' Bike?

Although we do have a few covers on our shop, these are limited...99% of our work is done on donor seats

Do i have to send my seat to you?

We usually always require a donor seat so you would need to send your seat or alternatively a second seat from somewhere like Ebay, which you could have sent direct to us to save on postage.

How much does it cost to customise my seat?

Prices vary depending on what your specific seat requires but send us your ideas and what you need and we can give you an accurate quote.

How can i get my seat to you?

You can either arrange to drop off and collect or alternatively post to us via Royal mail or another courier service such as www.parcel2go.co.uk who will collect your seat from you.

Ive seen a seat i like but its for a different make or model bike, does that matter?

If you've seen a seat design anwhere else on any other bike or even a combination of ideas you like we can combine them to come up with a design like that for your specific seat.

Whats the best way to discuss a seat design with you?

Can i have a custom design or logo added to my seat?

Absolutely! we can embroider any design you need on your seat.

How long do you need my seat for?

It depends on current work load but we aim for 2 weeks typically although during the busy season this can be upto 4-5 weeks, your best option is always to message and check before sending.

Do i have to pay anything upfront or a deposit?

We never charge a deposit or payment upfront. Once we receive your seat and we have discussed your ideas and a design has been agreed we send photos of the initial design drawn out on your seat and then once complete photos to confirm you are happy. Payment can then be made online via Online payment link or BACS before sending back to you via courier or arranging collection.
