Driving directions from the M60:

Off the M60 take junction 24 (M67/A57 exit to Denton/Sheffield/Hyde).

At the roundabout take exit onto M67, at junction 3 exit towards Stalybridge/Dukinfield.

Turn left at A627/Clark Way, continue over the motorway bridge, at the traffic lights opposite Travis Perkins continue straight ahead until you reach the junction opposite the train station. Turn left onto Great Norbury St then take 2nd right onto Albert Rd.
Continue to the top of Albert Rd then turn right onto Croft St, over the railway bridge the industrial estate is located on the right.
